There are a lot of places to see in the United States of America, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin is another place known to tourists. It is the largest city in all of Wisconsin, and the 28th largest in all of America. It lies along the shores of Lake Michigan, and its climate is one that rapidly changes. Other aspects that potential tourists might like about Milwaukee are its history. It was originally controlled by several Native American tribes, and a trading post was created there by French missionaries in 1785. It has a strong background of both Polish and German descent, but people of many European nations such as Sweden, Lithuania, France, and Ireland have come over as well. Milwaukee has a long lasting history of brewing, and there are several breweries that tourists can visit to take tours in. If you travel there in summer, there is the option of watching an MLB game at Miller's Park. Other places most people visit would be the County Zoo, Art Museum, Harley Davidson Museum, Kettle Moraine State Forest, and Discovery World. There are malls that provide shopping and entertainment options as well.
