Orange Beach is a city in the very south of Alabama, along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. It has the population of 5 500 people and the motto "Life is better here". It is the perfect holiday destination for families and people who want to join relaxation with fun. The city hosts a lot of sporting events and tournaments. Main sports complex, where many of the events are held, is the Orange Beach Sportsplex. The main part of the complex is the soccer stadium with 1 500 seats. The stadium was the host of the SEC Women's Soccer Tournament several times as well as many other women's and men's soccer tournaments. Also, currently it is the home of the football team Alabama Lightning.

Besides the stadium, the sportsplex is home to softball, baseball and youth sports leagues. Orange Beach is a good vacation place for everybody and offers a lot of fun family vacation activities and opportunities. Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach This historic property was built in 1923 as the first hotel of Orange Beach. Today, it houses an art gallery with more than 100 artists from the region.

Other than the gallery, the arts campus features The Hot shop, Alabama's only hot glass studio that is open for the public; and the Clay Studio, where you can work with clay with the help of their resident clay artist. The beautiful grounds of the Coastal Arts Center are perfect for weddings and other special events. Every year, a fine arts show "Festival of Art" is held here as well.
