This charming hotel is located in the center of Tumon, Guam's premier tourist area, a short ten minute walk to the Pleasure Island entertainment area and only five minutes from the beach. Very comfortable and also popular amongst female guests. This hotel was previously known as Holiday Plaza. (1108YY) The hotel is a modern, 4 stories beige building. The hotel is located in the Tumon area, where most of Guam's entertainment and shopping centers are, and is a 10 minute drive from Guam International Airport.
