It is situated centrally in Nordwall close to the pedestrian precinct embedded in the historical old town of Celle and in only 50 metres distance from our Hotel am Hehlentor. Is there really a town that offers everything? When you know Celle, you also know that in this young town of 700 years it is possible to experience the intersection of history, past, present and future at first hand. Immerse yourself in the unique historical atmosphere. This is the beginning of a description of the town of Celle in its current list of accommodation offered in the Region Celle and it is not exaggerated in any way. Celle with about 74.000 inhabitants is one of the finest towns with timber-framed houses in Germany and you can discover numerous remarkable buildings, streets and squares, as well as art, culture and trade. Celle is also famous for the stallion parade of the Stud Farm of Lower Saxony taking place annually at the end of Septemberbeginnig of October. Lots of great horses have come from there. The historical heart of the old town with different pedestrian precincts has more than 480 restored timber-framed houses built in the 16th and 18th centuries.
