Nestled on a hill overlooking Ceret, between sea and mountains, La Terrasse au Soleil is cradled by the colors that have inspired greatest painters. Four villas extend the farmhouse where the singer Charles Trenet lived for a long time, and offer you a magnificent view of Mont Canigou. La Terrasse au Soleil reflects the typical Catalan tradition, in its architecture, decoration, colours and furniture. There is plenty of individuality in the interior design such as unusual terracotta, ceramic tiling. Colour and warmth introduce intimacy and cosiness not normally found in four-star hotels. Bedrooms are very spacious all tastefully furnished, decorated and equipped with all comfort. Private bathroom, separated toilets, terrace facing the valley and Mount Canigou. You will enjoy your stay by relaxing around the pool or spa (Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna), but also by discovering the region rich in art, culture, nature, tradition, gastronomy and wine tasting. The original core of La Terrasse au Soleil was an 18thC mas, and annexes have been added for extra bedrooms and suites. The setting is lovely, higher up the mountains than nearby Ceret, with splendid views over unspoiled hills.
